Wer zahlt was bei CFR?

CFR – Kosten und Fracht – gehört zu den C-Klauseln der Incoterms. Hier trägt der Exporteur den Hauptteil der Transportkosten. Bei der Klausel CFR trägt der Exporteur alle Kosten bis zum Erreichen des Bestimmungshafens. Die Kosten der Transportversicherung zahlt der Importeur.

Wer verzollt bei CFR?

CFR Incoterm oder „Cost and Freight“ ist ein Incoterm, der ausschließlich der Seeschifffahrt vorbehalten ist. Er besagt, dass der Verkäufer nicht nur für die Lieferung der Ware in den vom Käufer angegebenen Hafen verantwortlich ist, sondern auch die Transportkosten der Ware zum Bestimmungshafen trägt.

Der Käufer trägt ab diesem Zeitpunkt alle Kosten. Der Incoterm CIF „Cost, Insurance and Freight“/“Kosten, Versicherung und Fracht“ besagt, dass der Verkäufer die Ware an Bord des Schiffs liefert oder die bereits so gelieferte Ware verschafft.
