Ist Morbus Osler eine chronische Krankheit?

Morbus Osler ist eine seltene Erbkrankheit, bei der sich krankhaft erweiterte Blutgefäße an verschiedensten Stellen des Körpers entwickeln. Diese Gefäße sind sehr leicht verletzlich, weswegen es zu häufigen Blutungen kommt, beispielsweise in Form von Nasenbluten. Eine Heilung ist bislang nicht möglich.

Ist Nasenbluten vererbbar?

Sie wird dominant vererbt und tritt deshalb familiär gehäuft auf. Das häufigste Symptom von Morbus Osler ist Nasenbluten, das in der Regel in der Pubertät erstmalig auftritt.

Woher kommt Nasenbluten bei Kindern?

Finger, Fremdkörper und Schnupfen als Verursacher von Nasenbluten. Hinsichtlich der Ursachen für Nasenbluten sind bei Kinder oberflächlich erweiterte Gefäße, Schnupfen, mit dem Finger verursachte Verletzungen oder etwa Fremdkörper die häufigsten Auslöser.
