Wie funktioniert ein farbdoppler?

Der Doppler-Effekt bewirkt eine Änderung der Frequenz von Schallwellen, wenn sie von einem bewegten Objekt reflektiert oder gestreut werden. Dieser Effekt wird beim Farbdoppler ausgenutzt. Der Schallkopf sendet dabei einen Ton von definierter Frequenz aus (meist mehrere MHz).

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Duplex und Doppler?

Die Duplexsonographie ist eine Erweiterung der Dopplersonographie. Zum einen erfolgt die Messung des Blutflusses wie beim Doppler, zum anderen wird das Blutgefäß oder das Herz als flächiges Bild dargestellt.

How does the Doppler method work?

In the case of the Doppler method, a CW signal is emitted. The beat signal, or Doppler signal, that is output has a frequency proportional to the velocity of the moving object (target). The received frequency is indicated as „+“ when the target is approaching, and as „-“ when it is receding.
