Wie viele Pull-Ups?

Der schnellste Weg, Pull-Ups bzw. Chin-Ups zu meistern, ist – du ahnst es schon – viele davon zu machen. Heißt: Integriere die Übung in deinen Trainingsplan, 2-3 Pull-Up-Sessions pro Woche sind ein idealer Start.

Was wird bei Pull-ups trainiert?

Welche Muskeln werden mit Pullups trainiert? Auch wenn die Arme die Arbeit zu leisten scheinen, kommt die Hauptkraft aus dem Rücken. Die stärkste Wirkung haben sie auf den breiten Rückenmuskel latissimus dorsi, kurz auch oft „Lat“ genannt, sowie den Trapezmuskel, der die Schultern trägt und bewegt.

Kann jeder Klimmzüge lernen?

Aber die gute Nachricht: Muskeln lassen sich aufbauen und trainieren. Jeder Körper und auch der Anteil Fett und Muskelmasse variiert von Mensch zu Mensch. Jeder gesunde Mensch kann Klimmzüge lernen.

Warum kann ich keine Pull Ups?

Wer noch keinen Pull-Up kann, der hat verschiedene Möglichkeiten um diesen zu schaffen. Generell ausgedrückt nutzen wir vor allem unsere Arme (Bizeps/Unterarme) und unseren Rücken (Latissimus/Teres Major) sowie stabilisierend unseren Rumpf für Klimmzüge. Diese Muskelgruppen werden bei fast allen Zugbewegungen benötigt.

How do you do a pull-up?

The standard pull-up is to grip the bar pronated (overhand) with a grip going wider than the shoulders. However, the hands can also come close to the center of the body, supinated (underhand) and it doesn’t always have to be bodyweight at first; starting with a pull-up machine is possible.

Why are pull-ups so hard to do?

Some people have a more difficult time with pull-ups due to their body, genetics and muscular physique. Just be sure to take it slow, be patient and not judge yourself. You may just find that you really enjoy doing pull-ups and have now opened a whole new door of possibilities.

What are the benefits of pull-ups?

The pull-up requires several muscle groups to achieve the intended outcome of pulling the body up. That’s another great benefit with the pull-up because it requires core activation on top of all the back muscles that are worked.

Do pull-ups work your lats?

Pull ups are also great for working your biceps. The whole key to maximizing the potential of each exercise is to utilize proper form and technique. If you swing your legs while doing pull ups to much of the focus will be shifted to your arms doing all the work rather than your lats.
